Mouhammad Soueiddane - Software Developer: I'm a software developer, and I spend more than 12 hours a day sitting on that chair of mine, solving people's problems, ruining my own health in the process. I’ve been hitting the gym regularly since 10 years, but never really liked it. I just went there because I had to. That was when I decided to try private coaching, hoping that this would fuel my motivation, so I wouldn’t feel like I’m dragging myself out of my bed. I started with Djoe 2 months ago, and here are my observations:

1- I used to spend around 2 hours at the gym, with an “OK” result. That’s a lot of time for a software developer. I train for one hour a day with Djoe, and the results are tremendous.
2- Djoe has helped me get rid of all the “myths” that were fed to me by other coaches. He did that by simply appealing to logic, and thoroughly explaining to me in words I can understand, what’s really happening under the hood.
3- The moment you start with Djoe, he’ll create a profile for you in which he’ll keep track of your progress, and make the necessary adjustments based on your performance. I find this utterly motivating, and gives me an incentive to pull and push that tenacious weight harder so I could do it at least one additional time compared to last week.

4- What I really really really (Repetition is intended) like about my time with Djoe is the deep conversations that we take part of, which could range from discussing trends, to discussing the potential existence of parallel universes. This is very important as it lets you concentrate on something else than your exhaustion. Heck, you’d even become smarter.
